What you will do
- Develop and execute retention strategies to improve customer engagement and reduce churn.
- Plan and manage multi-channel campaigns across the entire customer lifecycle.
- Segment audiences and personalize communications/promotions based on user behavior and data insights.
- Analyze campaign performance and run A/B tests to optimize key KPIs such as LTV, retention, and churn.
- Collaborate with Product, BI, and Creative teams to ensure consistent and effective user experiences.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in retention, CRM, or lifecycle marketing roles.
- Experience in segmentation, customer journey mapping, and lifecycle communication.
- Background in iGaming, fintech, e-commerce, SaaS, or mobile apps.
- Ability to calculate the economy of basic mechanics for bonuses, tournaments, and lotteries.
- Proficiency with analytics tools such as GA, Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
- Strong English skills for writing and communicating briefs and tasks.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with leading game and slot providers and the iGaming product landscape.
- Deep understanding of casino player behavior and effective retention techniques.
- Awareness of major sports, teams, and athletes featured in betting lines.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (Product, CS, UA).
