What you will do

  • Develop and execute retention strategies to improve customer engagement and reduce churn.
  • Plan and manage multi-channel campaigns across the entire customer lifecycle.
  • Segment audiences and personalize communications/promotions based on user behavior and data insights.
  • Analyze campaign performance and run A/B tests to optimize key KPIs such as LTV, retention, and churn.
  • Collaborate with Product, BI, and Creative teams to ensure consistent and effective user experiences.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in retention, CRM, or lifecycle marketing roles.
  • Experience in segmentation, customer journey mapping, and lifecycle communication.
  • Background in iGaming, fintech, e-commerce, SaaS, or mobile apps.
  • Ability to calculate the economy of basic mechanics for bonuses, tournaments, and lotteries.
  • Proficiency with analytics tools such as GA, Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
  • Strong English skills for writing and communicating briefs and tasks.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with leading game and slot providers and the iGaming product landscape.
  • Deep understanding of casino player behavior and effective retention techniques.
  • Awareness of major sports, teams, and athletes featured in betting lines.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (Product, CS, UA).
