What you will do

• Manage and execute Paid Advertising campaigns across Google Search, Microsoft Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, including planning and strategy.
• Oversee SEM strategy, conducting keyword research, account structuring, bidding, and ad copy creation.
• Develop, execute, and scale paid social marketing strategies on LinkedIn Ads, managing budgets and forecasting.
• Track and optimize ROI, recommending modifications to ad spend based on data analysis.
• Monitor campaign performance using analytics platforms and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Implement new AI workflows for creative generation and optimization to improve efficiency.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Performance Marketing, ideally within B2B SaaS, fintech, or high-growth tech.
• Proven expertise in leading strategy and hands-on management of campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads (over 2M investment).
• Deep knowledge of LinkedIn Ads strategy for B2B audiences.
• Mastery of GA4, Google Tag Manager, Looker, and familiarity with HubSpot.
• Knowledge of SQL and BigQuery is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Spanish or German is a must.
