• Implement font policies and governance frameworks developed through strategic advisory.
• Deliver training sessions to internal teams and stakeholders on typography best practices.
• Provide day-to-day operational support and technical issue resolution for clients.

Requirements

• Must be fluent in Spanish
• Proven experience in customer success, account management, or operational roles within creative environments.
• Strong technical aptitude for mastering typography platforms and design tools like Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a process-driven mindset.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear operational guidance.
