What you will do

• Lead the development of a best-in-class operational resilience and crisis response function.
• Design and deliver resilience exercises, stress-tests, and reverse stress-tests.
• Act as a trusted business partner to senior leadership, providing updates on resilience metrics and compliance.
• Manage resilience projects and ensure deliverables meet high standards and business objectives.
• Support live response to major incidents and participate in the on-call rotation.
• Collaborate with commercial and technology teams to integrate resilience principles into operational processes.

Requirements

• Must have the right to work in the UK; no sponsorship available.
• Strong understanding of operational resilience and its value to an organization.
• Proven ability to operate across strategic and operational levels.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, particularly with senior leadership.
• Strong problem-solving capability and ability to analyze complex issues.
• Ability to lead resilience initiatives and projects to a high standard.

Nice to have

• Experience in operational resilience, business continuity, or crisis management leadership.
• Professional qualification such as CBCI.
• Experience working in complex, matrixed, or multi-market environments.
• Experience managing resilience metrics, controls, and governance reporting.
