What you will do

• Own physical security and safety operations across EMEA, continuously improving processes as part of a global program.
• Oversee service delivery and performance of security providers in partnership with Campus Operations.
• Lead regional security and safety incident management, owning post-incident reviews to drive continuous improvement.
• Deliver security and safety planning for major marketing and internal events, assessing risks and executing security frameworks.
• Monitor geopolitical developments to assess potential impacts on people, travel, and operations in the region.
• Conduct site security risk assessments and advise on requirements for new space acquisitions and openings.

Requirements

• Demonstrated depth and breadth of experience in corporate security, physical security operations, and safety.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in complex or ambiguous situations without close guidance.
• Experience developing and improving security or safety processes rather than just operating within existing ones.
• Proven track record of managing vendors and holding them to high performance standards.
• Experience leading incident response or investigations in complex environments.
• Strong ability to influence across teams and adapt communication styles for senior stakeholders.
