Senior Product Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Drive product strategy and roadmap for US A2A payment products to align with customer needs and commercial objectives.
• Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of payment capabilities, including discovery, design, and launch of Wire, ACH, RTP, and FedNow.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Business Analysis teams to define scalable, high-quality, and regulatory-compliant solutions.
• Build relationships with banks and financial institutions to identify pain points and translate them into product improvements.
• Support go-to-market execution, including pricing strategy, positioning, and sales enablement.
• Ensure products remain compliant with evolving US payment schemes and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in payments, fintech, or financial infrastructure.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Deep knowledge of the US account-to-account payments ecosystem (Wire, ACH), with exposure to RTP and FedNow.
• Proven experience building and launching products specifically for banks or financial institutions.
• Demonstrated ability to lead products from concept and discovery through to live operations at scale.
• Strong commercial acumen and experience with pricing strategy and go-to-market planning.

• Experience with API-first and cloud-native products.
