What you will do

• Drive the execution of product vision, strategy, and roadmap to ensure growth and speed to market.
• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery and requirements gathering to launch and post-production improvements.
• Lead and mentor a team of product analysts to drive measurable business results.
• Partner with marketing to develop market positioning and product campaigns.
• Ensure all product offerings remain compliant with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for sales and service teams regarding product issues and resolution.

Requirements

• Minimum 8-10 years of product management experience, preferably in institutional financial services.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
• Deep understanding of investment stewardship, proxy voting, or institutional product management.
• Proven ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Strong knowledge of Agile software development methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable plans.
