Salary: $145,000 – $165,000

What you will do

  • Define and execute the internal people strategy to support company growth and scalability.
  • Manage internal HR policies, SOPs, and the employee handbook to ensure multi-state legal compliance.
  • Oversee the configuration, data integrity, and optimization of internal HRIS/HCM systems.
  • Coordinate internal recruiting, employer branding, and the candidate experience across all departments.
  • Design and operate high-quality onboarding, offboarding, and performance management programs.
  • Lead organizational design, workforce planning, and leadership development initiatives.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or able to work hybrid in the Boston/Quincy, MA area.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration; Master’s degree is a plus.
  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including 4–5 years in a leadership role.
  • Must hold or be willing to obtain an HR certification (SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR) within 12 months.
  • Proven experience building and scaling HR functions in high-growth environments.
  • Strong expertise in HRIS platforms, people analytics, and multi-state employment law.
