Salary: €77,500 – €105,000 per annum

What you will do

• Evolve the performance philosophy and build frameworks that inspire professional growth.
• Design and deliver people development programs for all levels, from ICs to senior leadership.
• Act as a trusted advisor and coach to senior leaders, navigating complex organizational challenges.
• Guard and grow the company culture, ensuring intentionality in key engagement moments.
• Lead cross-functional global people initiatives and high-stakes programs across different geographies.
• Utilize people data to drive smart organizational decisions and tell compelling stories.

Requirements

• Significant experience as a Senior HRBP or People Partner in a fast-scaling, international organization.
• Proven track record of leading performance and development transformations.
• Ability to challenge and advise senior stakeholders with credibility and warmth.
• Comfortable working with and analyzing people data.
• Fluency in English is essential.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Munich, Germany.
