Salary: $115,000–$160,000

What you will do
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Key Health Systems as a trusted advisor.
- Lead field sales opportunities within IDNs, including RFPs and pricing initiatives.
- Manage all contract negotiations, renewals, and amendments within the portfolio.
- Achieve sales goals through enterprise selling and strategic business planning.
- Interface with internal departments including pricing, contracts, finance, and marketing.
- Facilitate customer support initiatives and lead conflict resolution.
Requirements
- Must be based in the West Coast, USA
- Bachelor's Degree
- 8+ years of experience in medical surgical sales
- Understanding of the healthcare continuum selling process
- Strong results orientation and consultative selling track record
- Ability to travel up to 50%
Nice to have
- Experience selling to distributor customers, hospitals, or home health
- Prior people management or team leadership experience
- Financial or executive suite sales experience
