What you will do

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Key Health Systems as a trusted advisor.
  • Lead field sales opportunities within IDNs, including RFPs and pricing initiatives.
  • Manage all contract negotiations, renewals, and amendments within the portfolio.
  • Achieve sales goals through enterprise selling and strategic business planning.
  • Interface with internal departments including pricing, contracts, finance, and marketing.
  • Facilitate customer support initiatives and lead conflict resolution.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the West Coast, USA
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 8+ years of experience in medical surgical sales
  • Understanding of the healthcare continuum selling process
  • Strong results orientation and consultative selling track record
  • Ability to travel up to 50%

Nice to have

  • Experience selling to distributor customers, hospitals, or home health
  • Prior people management or team leadership experience
  • Financial or executive suite sales experience
