Salary: $75,000–$90,000 + Sales Incentive Plan

What you will do

  • Meet or exceed sales targets for assigned products and territory.
  • Develop and implement strategic selling initiatives with key business partners.
  • Maintain and foster relationships with distributors, retailers, hospitals, and healthcare professionals.
  • Conduct customer needs assessments and provide clinical support and product demonstrations.
  • Manage tenders, contracts, and compliance documentation.
  • Analyze market and sales data to identify new business opportunities and maximize current accounts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • 2-5 years of related sales experience.
  • Must be able to travel frequently (30-50%) within the assigned territory (OR, WA, ID, AK).
  • Strong clinical and product knowledge in healthcare markets.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to adhere to strict healthcare regulations and ethical standards.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling to both private and public sectors.
  • Experience working with distributors and retailers.
  • Background in continence, critical care, ostomy, or wound care fields.
