What you will do

  • Meet or exceed sales targets for assigned products and territory.
  • Build and foster relationships with clinicians, distributors, and retail partners.
  • Conduct customer needs assessments and provide tailored clinical solutions.
  • Manage tenders, contracts, and compliance documentation.
  • Execute territory-specific business plans and analyze sales data to identify opportunities.
  • Travel 30-50% within the assigned territory for on-site visits to healthcare facilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 2-5 years of related professional experience.
  • Must reside within Arkansas, Tennessee, or Mississippi.
  • Ability to travel frequently (30-50%) including overnight and occasional weekend travel.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling products and services to both private and public sectors.
  • Experience working with distributors and retailers.
  • Background in continence, critical care, ostomy, or wound care fields.
