TL;DR
Director of Sales Recruitment (Commercial Real Estate): Build and scale a national recruitment engine for top hospitality investment sales agents with an accent on full-cycle recruiting, scalable pipeline systems, and onboarding/training performance metrics. Focus on designing sourcing and talent-mapping processes across multiple markets while accelerating agent time-to-production and retention.
Location: Phoenix preferred; hybrid office schedule. Open to remote if outside Arizona. Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Salary: $95,000–$130,000 base salary + performance bonus/commission eligibility

is hiring for a SelectLeaders client focused on hospitality investment sales brokerage.
What you will do
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for commercial real estate brokerage talent across multiple markets.
- Develop sourcing strategies, talent mapping, and competitive analysis to build a consistent pipeline of high-caliber agents.
- Manage candidate outreach, screening, interview coordination, and offer processes to ensure a strong candidate experience.
- Own onboarding and accelerate time-to-production for new hires.
- Create and deliver internal training programs, including onboarding curriculum, role-specific tracks, certification standards, and ongoing education content.
- Track recruiting activity and hiring metrics in Salesforce and other recruiting platforms; monitor market movement and broker transitions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, or lead generation within commercial real estate.
- Experience recruiting in commercial real estate brokerage, investment sales, or related professional services.
- Experience delivering onboarding and training programs for new employees.
- Strong research, sourcing, and talent-mapping skills; ability to manage multiple markets and pipelines simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proven ability to engage passive candidates.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Ability to travel up to 15% if the role ends up remote.
Nice to have
- Experience with hospitality investment sales brokerage recruiting.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, LinkedIn Recruiter, ZoomInfo, and other recruiting tools.
- Understanding of commercial real estate brokerage models, compensation structures, and industry terminology.
- Experience scaling recruiting functions in high-growth organizations.
