TL;DR

Lead Technical Recruiter (HR/Recruiting): Running high-complexity searches for senior engineering and executive roles with an accent on data-driven decision making and AI-powered sourcing. Focus on building diverse pipelines of passive technical talent in the Bay Area and optimizing hiring playbooks.

Location: Hybrid (San Francisco, CA). Requires two days of in-office collaboration per week (Tuesday & Wednesday).

Salary: $120,000 - $145,000 (Base pay)

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end searches for challenging engineering, product, and executive roles.
• Partner with senior leadership to build hiring plans, calibrate roles, and structure offers.
• Leverage AI tools to automate sourcing, outreach, screening, and scheduling.
• Analyze funnel and source data in Greenhouse to coach hiring managers and inform leadership.
• Build diverse pipelines of senior technical talent, emphasizing passive candidates in the Bay Area.
• Collaborate with the Talent team to refine interview playbooks and the candidate experience.

Requirements

• 10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• 5+ years focused on senior technical hiring (Engineering, ML/AI, Data, Product).
• Hands-on proficiency with AI tools for sourcing and screening.
• Expertise in Greenhouse (or similar ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Deep knowledge of the San Francisco tech market.
• Must be based in or able to work from the San Francisco office two days per week.
