What you will do

• Own the end-to-end talent lifecycle, including sourcing strategy, hiring bars, and 30/60/90-day check-ins.
• Lead and coach a two-person recruiting team while managing your own requisitions in a player-coach capacity.
• Build and operationalize a quality of hire framework to define and instrument "ramp success" data.
• Step in as the primary acting People lead from November 2026 to early 2027, handling employee relations, HR Ops, and compliance.
• Sustain hiring velocity of 25–30+ hires per quarter across the US, LATAM, and the Philippines.

Requirements

• Senior TA operator experience managing the full function at a Series B/C growth-stage company.
• Proven ability to own outcomes beyond the signed offer, specifically regarding onboarding and employee ramp.
• Breadth of experience across the People function, including HR Ops and employee relations.
• Ability to act as a player-coach, combining strategic leadership with hands-on recruiting.
• Must be based in the US.
