Salary: $60,800 – $80,000 USD per year.

What you will do

• Source potential author candidates via LinkedIn, GitHub, tech forums, and conferences.
• Conduct initial screening and briefing calls to assess expertise and interest.
• Provide detailed candidate summaries and recommendations to the Author Enablement team.
• Coordinate audition logistics and support candidates through the evaluation process.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and pipeline tracking in CRM systems.
• Assist with onboarding tasks, including documentation and process education.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, or talent coordination.
• Must be based in the USA.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience managing candidate pipelines with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
• Comfort using or learning CRM systems like Salesforce.
