Location: Onsite in Pittsburgh, PA

Salary: $95,000 – $125,000

What you will do

• Facilitate hands-on Kaizen events, A3 Problem Solving sessions, and Gemba Walks on the manufacturing floor.
• Deploy and sustain Lean Operating Systems to eliminate waste and optimize production flow.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to pilot, implement, and validate process improvements on the line.
• Develop and maintain operational excellence standards including Standard Work Sheets and SOPs.
• Mentor frontline supervisors and operators on Lean principles and continuous improvement tools.
• Track and report project impact on key performance indicators such as throughput, scrap, and downtime.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field (or 10+ years of relevant experience).
• 5+ years of experience in continuous improvement, process development, or quality improvement.
• Must be able to work onsite in Pittsburgh, PA.
• Strong working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Proven ability to influence and drive adoption among production employees and leadership.
• Experience in regulated manufacturing environments (FDA/ISO) is preferred.

Nice to have

• Formal Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or Black Belt).
• Formal project management (PMP) or change management certification.
• Familiarity with Operations Technology (ERP/MES) and digital CI tools.
• Experience designing and delivering CI training programs.
