What you will do

• Develop, recommend, and implement changes to improve manufacturing processes and product quality.
• Analyze and status Manufacturing Master Schedules to monitor progress and identify performance issues.
• Optimize sequence of operations and workflow to ensure effective resource utilization.
• Create crew plans and metrics to monitor schedule progress and identify risk areas.
• Perform data analysis to establish shop metrics and tackle complex production problems.
• Provide technical support to manufacturing teams, production supervisors, and associates.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in engineering or a related field.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship (GM does not provide immigration-related sponsorship for this role).
• Must be able to work onsite in Spring Hill, Tennessee.
• Proficiency in critical path methodology and network development.
