TL;DR

Sales Development Representative (Cloud): Generating outbound leads and booking demos for the hirify.global Cloud Intelligence platform with an accent on technical prospecting and pipeline growth. Focus on identifying high-level decision-makers and executing multi-channel outreach strategies to maximize qualified meetings.

Location: Remote. Must be based in the UK, the Netherlands, Ireland, Sweden, or Spain (primary focus on Southern Europe).

What you will do

  • Set qualified meetings via outbound prospecting using automated and manually-driven campaigns.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives on territory planning and account prioritization to maximize pipeline quality.
  • Manage and optimize multi-channel outbound campaigns using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and Clay.
  • Conduct detailed account research to identify and reach key technical decision-makers.
  • Partner with leadership to refine messaging, call scripts, and outreach strategies.
  • Support Regional GTM and Marketing activities across digital and onsite formats.

Requirements

  • 1-3+ years of SDR/BDR experience in Cloud or SaaS B2B.
  • Experience selling to technical personas such as CTO, VP Engineering, or Head of DevOps.
  • Proven history of achieving results in an outbound lead generation environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Spanish, and Italian.
  • Ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy and organization in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in Portuguese.
