TL;DR

Sales Tech Enablement Specialist (Salesforce): Managing and optimizing the sales technology stack to drive revenue and team efficiency with an accent on Salesforce administration, platform training, and data-driven insights. Focus on bridging the gap between technical tools and sales performance, designing training programs, and scaling best practices across a global organization.

Location: Must be based in London, UK (Hybrid: 3 days per week in the Blackfriars office).

What you will do

  • Serve as the primary subject matter expert for the global sales technology stack.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize tools to enhance sales team effectiveness.
  • Design and deliver engaging training programs, including video tutorials and live coaching.
  • Build dashboards and reports to analyze sales performance and adoption metrics.
  • Evaluate and implement new sales technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Collaborate with Sales Operations, Marketing, and IT on strategic business initiatives.

Requirements

  • Must be based in London, UK and able to work from the office 3 days per week.
  • 2-3 years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or a related technical role.
  • Advanced Salesforce skills including building reports, dashboards, and workflows.
  • Hands-on experience with sales engagement platforms like Outreach or similar tools.
  • Proven ability to drive tool adoption and translate technical concepts for non-technical users.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Clay, or Ebsta.
  • Background in training or presenting to sales teams.
