Location: Must be based in London, UK (Hybrid: 3 days per week in the Blackfriars office).

What you will do
- Serve as the primary subject matter expert for the global sales technology stack.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize tools to enhance sales team effectiveness.
- Design and deliver engaging training programs, including video tutorials and live coaching.
- Build dashboards and reports to analyze sales performance and adoption metrics.
- Evaluate and implement new sales technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate with Sales Operations, Marketing, and IT on strategic business initiatives.
Requirements
- Must be based in London, UK and able to work from the office 3 days per week.
- 2-3 years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or a related technical role.
- Advanced Salesforce skills including building reports, dashboards, and workflows.
- Hands-on experience with sales engagement platforms like Outreach or similar tools.
- Proven ability to drive tool adoption and translate technical concepts for non-technical users.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
Nice to have
- Experience with Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Clay, or Ebsta.
- Background in training or presenting to sales teams.
