What you will do
- Drive outbound prospecting and manage inbound leads to create a high-quality pipeline for Account Managers and BDRs.
- Conduct discovery calls to thoroughly qualify prospects and ensure strong conversion potential.
- Partner with Account Management and Customer Success teams to identify growth opportunities within a fixed book of accounts.
- Research accounts and territories to uncover new decision-makers using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach.io, and Highspot.
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and analyze interactions in Gong to refine sales strategies.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly quotas for qualified opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 1+ years of outbound prospecting experience.
- Must be authorized to work in the UK without visa sponsorship.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Interest in financial markets, specifically private equity and venture capital.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong prioritization abilities.
