What you will do
- Identify and engage prospective clients using phone, email, LinkedIn, and other creative channels.
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide detailed insights and education on new opportunities.
- Manage prospect expectations and effectively overcome objections.
- Strive to achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Educate companies on the mission and importance of workplace wellbeing.
- Network with potential clients at industry events to expand target industry reach.
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, corporate relationship management, or account management.
- Ability to analyze data to create and implement effective sales strategies.
- Resilience and optimism to handle the dynamics of a scale-up organization.
- Must be based in Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, Romania, Spain, or the UK.
Nice to have
- Previous experience using Salesforce CRM and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- A high affinity for sports, fitness, nutrition, and mental well-being.
