Global Head, HR - Digital Operations

Location: Deerfield, Illinois, United States; hybrid workplace with a required minimum number of onsite days each week

Salary: $200,000–$300,000 annually, plus potential discretionary bonuses, commission, and/or long-term incentives

What you will do

• Develop and execute a global HR Operations strategy and integrated HR technology roadmap.
• Streamline, automate, standardize, and continuously improve HR processes and service delivery.
• Oversee HRIS platforms, including Workday, integrations, system enhancements, data accuracy, security, and governance.
• Use workforce analytics, self-service tools, chatbots, and AI-driven solutions to improve employee experience and operational efficiency.
• Partner with HR, IT, Finance, Compliance, and business stakeholders on workforce planning, regulatory alignment, and change management.
• Build, lead, mentor, and upskill a high-performing HR Operations team.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in HR Operations, HR Technology, or HR Shared Services, including 5+ years in senior leadership.
• Deep expertise in HRIS platforms, preferably Workday, HR process optimization, and automation.
• Experience designing and executing HR Operations strategies in a global organization.
• Strong knowledge of HR data governance, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or comparable process improvement methodologies.
• Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, change management, data, and technology skills.
