TL;DR

Major Accounts Manager (Networking/Security): Driving sales pipeline and strategic account growth for networking and security solutions in the Abu Dhabi region with an accent on consultative selling to C-level stakeholders. Focus on building long-term client relationships, managing complex sales cycles, and positioning the company as a preferred vendor for enterprise IT infrastructure.

Location: Hybrid role, must be based in Abu Dhabi with an expectation to work from the HPE office 2 days per week.

What you will do

  • Create and drive sales pipelines for networking and security solutions.
  • Establish consultative relationships with clients up to the C-level.
  • Collaborate with account managers to provide specialist expertise and support.
  • Develop quota objectives and strategic direction for defined product categories.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of competitor offerings to strategically position company solutions.
  • Coordinate supporting sales activities and leverage external partners to deliver deals.

Requirements

  • University or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 8-12 years of advanced sales experience, with at least 6 years in the desired specialty.
  • Demonstrable experience and relationships with major commercial and public sector accounts in Abu Dhabi.
  • Proven track record in selling networking and security solutions (LAN, WLAN, WAN, Firewall, SASE).
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage complex sales cycles.
  • Expertise in account planning and revenue forecasting.
