TL;DR

Vice President, Total Rewards (Global): Leading the global strategy, design, and execution of compensation, benefits, and equity programs with an accent on executive compensation and long-term incentive structures. Focus on building scalable, compliant reward frameworks that support rapid international growth and align with public-company governance standards.

Location: Must be based in the US (Hybrid in Denver, CO or Remote US).

Salary: $300,000–$350,000 Base + Bonus.

What you will do

  • Lead the global total rewards strategy, including compensation, benefits, and executive incentive programs.
  • Design and administer equity programs, including RSU-style long-term incentives, ensuring alignment with governance and retention goals.
  • Provide strategic advisory to the executive team and Compensation Committee on pay equity, benchmarking, and incentive design.
  • Oversee global benefits strategy, including health, retirement, and statutory requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Partner with Finance, Legal, and HR leadership to ensure compliance, cost discipline, and effective annual compensation cycles.
  • Develop and mentor the global Total Rewards team to ensure operational excellence.

Requirements

  • 10–15+ years of progressive experience in Total Rewards or Executive Compensation leadership.
  • Direct experience supporting Compensation Committee and Board-level decision-making.
  • Proven expertise in designing and governing equity compensation programs (RSUs) within a publicly traded company.
  • Global compensation experience across North America, EMEA, and APAC.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders.
  • Must be based in the US (Denver, CO or remote).
