Vice President, North America Finance (Manufacturing)

Location: Plano, Texas; based in any of the company's US plants, with the option to work from home some of the time. Up to 40% domestic travel may be required. Relocation is not available.

Salary: $238,500–$357,800 per year, plus eligibility for quarterly bonuses or commission.

What you will do

• Serve as a strategic financial partner to the EVP of North America and leadership teams across Operations, Sales, Manufacturing, and Division Finance.
• Evaluate investments involving operational footprint, capacity, network optimization, capital allocation, and long-term growth.
• Assess P&L risks, pricing, contract negotiations, product line expansions, working capital, margins, and profitability.
• Standardize finance systems, reporting, workflows, costing practices, and cost governance across North American operations.
• Lead financial acumen training and translate complex financial information into actionable business recommendations.
• Partner with Digital on finance and operations system transformation initiatives and lead, coach, and develop finance employees.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 7 years of accounting and analytics experience in manufacturing operations.
• Strong knowledge of management accounting and financial reporting.
• Expert proficiency in SAP and advanced Excel financial modeling; experience with MS Office and Business Objects reporting.
• Experience evaluating investments, capital projects, operational initiatives, P&L risks, pricing, and enterprise value.
• Strong critical-thinking, problem-solving, collaboration, communication, and people-management skills.

Nice to have

• CMA or CPA certification.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, BPC, and SAC.
