VP, Structured Finance, Infra (Fintech)

Location: United States of America; remote work is possible, with travel within the assigned territory as required.

Salary: $275,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Execute the origination, structuring, underwriting, and distribution of syndicated bank loans.
• Lead deal teams across investment-grade, non-investment-grade, middle-market, commercial real estate, and asset-based finance transactions.
• Develop relationships with senior client executives, targeted prospects, and participating lenders.
• Partner with relationship managers and management on syndicated-loan business development opportunities.
• Oversee transaction due diligence and underwriting for potential transactions.
• Supervise junior staff and drive pipeline growth, revenue generation, and risk-adjusted returns.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience, training, military service, or education.
• 9+ years of business development, product specialist management, or related experience.
• Successful execution of syndicated loan transactions.
• Strong relationship management, negotiation, presentation, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead teams, influence stakeholders, manage complex initiatives, and work independently.
• Proficiency in financial calculations and Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• Master’s degree in a related field.
• Established work history or equivalent experience, training, military service, or education.
