Salary: $151,000 – $168,000 + Equity

What you will do

  • Administer compensation plans, quotas, credits, and payout processes for GTM teams.
  • Design and maintain scalable operational processes for efficient compensation administration.
  • Implement and enforce consistent compensation policies across the organization.
  • Manage field support triaging and streamline communication between GTM personnel and back-office teams.
  • Execute recurring payout cycles, reconciliations, and compensation letter management.
  • Partner with Legal, HR, and Finance to ensure governance, compliance, and audit requirements are met.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in compensation, sales, revenue, or finance operations.
  • Deep expertise in administering variable compensation programs at scale.
  • Strong experience with compensation systems and operational tooling.
  • Proven ability to build and improve scalable operational processes in high-growth environments.
  • Strong cross-functional stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Must be based in the US.

Nice to have

  • Experience scaling compensation operations during rapid growth.
  • Familiarity with consumption-based or hybrid revenue models.
  • Experience implementing or administering compensation management platforms.
