What you will do

• Lead complex US GAAP research and draft technical accounting memoranda for audit-defensible rationale.
• Own the preparation of financial statement schedules, account reconciliations, and PBC lists for external audits.
• Design and implement internal control frameworks to prepare for future SOX compliance.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Legal teams to assess accounting implications of new AI product structures.
• Develop and operationalize corporate accounting policies across the global organization.
• Provide training and guidance on US GAAP topics to the broader finance team.

Requirements

• 6-8 years of progressive accounting experience with deep technical depth.
• CPA license required.
• Public accounting experience required (Big 4 strongly preferred).
• Direct experience with public SEC filers.
• Hands-on expertise in ASC 606, ASC 842, ASC 718, and ASC 340-40.
• Solid understanding of SOX compliance and internal controls design.

Nice to have

• Experience at a high-growth technology, SaaS, or infrastructure company.
• Familiarity with multi-national consolidations and M&A accounting.
• Proficiency in NetSuite or similar ERP systems.
• Prior experience in a pre-IPO or IPO-readiness environment.
