TL;DR
Principal AI Technologist (Cybersecurity): Leading the AI security technical motion across strategic customers and field teams with an accent on AI governance, data security, and risk posture management. Focus on translating complex market needs into product insights, designing high-impact technical demos, and serving as a senior subject matter expert for enterprise AI initiatives.
Location: Must be based in the United States
Compensation: $250,000–$300,000

What you will do
- Serve as a senior subject matter expert on AI security for customers, prospects, and internal teams.
- Partner with Field CTOs on strategic engagements to articulate platform value and technical approach.
- Lead AI-focused discovery sessions, technical deep dives, and strategic proof-of-value designs.
- Develop reusable technical patterns, reference architectures, and playbooks for AI security use cases.
- Influence product roadmap and technical strategy by providing structured field insights to Engineering and Product teams.
- Collaborate with PMM to create credible technical narratives, whitepapers, and enablement materials.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States
- Significant experience in senior technical roles such as Principal Technologist, Solutions Architect, or Field Architect.
- Deep understanding of modern AI/GenAI environments, governance challenges, and data exposure risks.
- Strong background in cybersecurity domains including DSPM, DLP, IAM, and cloud security.
- Proven ability to influence technical strategy and translate complex concepts into business value.
- Experience creating technical assets, demos, and enablement materials for high-growth environments.
