Paranoids Cyber Experience Engineer (AI)

Location: United States of America; flexible hybrid work with occasional in-person events or team sessions.

Salary: $111,000–$231,250 per year, with potential discretionary annual bonus or commissions.

What you will do

• Design, build, and ship employee-facing AI agents, skills, and tools for navigating security workflows.
• Prototype quickly, iterate with employees, and improve products based on observed user behavior.
• Advocate for developer experience when partnering with engineering teams that own security solutions.
• Maintain and expand AI tooling infrastructure, including reusable skills, plugins, and internal agent marketplaces.
• Evaluate and refine AI-generated outputs for reliability, accuracy, safety, and security.
• Write documentation, skill standards, and guides so other team members can extend the work.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience building with LLMs and agentic AI tools, including prompt engineering, agent orchestration, and reusable skills or agents.
• Proficiency in Python, TypeScript, or a similar programming language.
• Experience integrating APIs and Model Context Protocols to connect distributed systems and automate operational tasks.
• Experience evaluating AI-generated outputs for accuracy, safety, and security.
• Experience with lightweight UIs using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, plus MySQL, Git, and GitHub.
• Strong technical writing and collaboration skills, with exposure to or curiosity about security work.
