Agent Architect (AI)

Location: San Francisco, CA or Remote (USA)

Salary: $200,000–$235,000 base salary per year, plus equity and bonus

What you will do

• Design AI-powered workflows for modern audit and assurance.
• Translate real-world audit processes into scalable product capabilities with engineering, product, and design teams.
• Work with audit firms to understand workflows, pain points, and automation opportunities.
• Identify edge cases, controls, and quality requirements for professional-services workflows.
• Collaborate with the ML team on AI agents for document analysis, testing procedures, and evidence evaluation.
• Help redesign audit processes to augment professional judgment with AI.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with a CPA license, or a Master’s degree in Accounting.
• 8–10+ years of audit experience at a leading public accounting firm, at Senior Manager level or above.
• End-to-end financial statement audit experience, including audit workpapers, planning, risk assessment, internal controls, substantive testing, and financial statement review.
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial statement preparation.
• Experience working across multiple clients and industries.
• Exceptional attention to detail, communication, prioritization, and ability to translate accounting concepts into product requirements.
