What you will do
- Develop a scalable account management playbook and framework to support customers in the APAC region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial and enterprise clients across Southeast Asia and North Asia.
- Drive long-term adoption of multiple AI audio products.
- Monitor customer usage and adoption to identify areas for improvement or revenue expansion.
- Own the expansion and renewal process for accounts within your assigned book of business.
- Track and improve account management KPIs, specifically NRR and GRR.
Requirements
- 3-7 years of experience in Account Management or Customer Success within a fast-paced SaaS organization.
- Commercial experience owning renewals and account expansion.
- Professional-level fluency in Mandarin is required for communication and contract negotiation.
- Professional fluency in English is required.
- Strong analytical skills and a product-driven mentality focused on client satisfaction and scale.
