What you will do

• Assume overall responsibility for program cost, schedule, and technical performance for portfolios up to $250M.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive program plans, budgets, and schedules in alignment with contractual requirements.
• Monitor program performance and implement corrective actions to meet strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, finance, and operations.
• Communicate program status, risks, and issues to high-level stakeholders.
• Mentor junior managers and develop internal Learning & Development programs.

Requirements

• Active Top Secret U.S. Security Clearance required.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Typically 12+ years of related program management experience.
• Expert knowledge of program management areas including EVMS, CAM, BOE, FAR, and CAS.
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing large-scale program portfolios.

Nice to have

• Senior-level project management certifications (e.g., PfMP).
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and SDLC.
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles.
• Experience with project management tools like Microsoft Project, JIRA, or Asana.
