Salary: $92,200 - $115,300

What you will do

• Develop and manage program schedules and budgets while monitoring key manufacturing metrics.
• Collect and report project status to internal stakeholders and external customers.
• Lead technical and program reviews to present results and updates.
• Manage subcontracting, purchasing, and resource planning for assigned projects.
• Ensure all activities comply with hirify.global Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Interface with Engineering, Finance, Quality Assurance, and Purchasing departments.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. citizen and eligible for security clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field with 5+ years of experience (or Master’s with 3+ years).
• Proven experience in project management, manufacturing operations, or cost accounting.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Project and Excel.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen as a condition of employment.
• Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
