What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned 3PL/4PL partners, conducting site visits to inspect operations and ensure SLA compliance.
• Coach and support partner facility teams of 30–100 people, enforcing SOPs and driving corrective actions.
• Manage performance reporting and act as the escalation point for operational issues and cross-functional troubleshooting.
• Coordinate SNOP forecasts with partners to align labor plans and capacity with projected demand.
• Review and approve 3PL/4PL invoices for accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Define and document the 4PL operating model, including escalation paths, coverage models, and performance standards.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience managing a team of 5+ in a fulfillment, warehouse, or 3PL environment.
• Must possess a valid passport and be willing to travel internationally to partner sites.
• Must be available to manage time across 7-day partner operations, including outside standard business hours.
• Proven ability to hold external partners accountable without direct authority.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and data analysis skills (Google Sheets/Excel).
• Experience building structure and process in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Background in 3PL/4PL vendor management or multi-site operations.
• Experience building SOPs or operational processes from scratch.
• International logistics or supply chain experience.
