What you will do

• Develop and maintain short-, medium-, and long-term demand forecasts by product family, project, and customer.
• Consolidate inputs from Program Management, Lab Operations, Service, and Engineering into a single integrated demand view.
• Align production demand with manufacturing capacity and identify potential bottlenecks or scheduling conflicts.
• Establish demand prioritization criteria based on customer commitments and strategic objectives.
• Maintain demand planning data and KPI reporting dashboards within NetSuite ERP.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and continuously improve forecasting methodologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in production planning, demand planning, or supply chain analytics.
• Experience working within a manufacturing or technology environment, preferably with high-mix, low-volume operations.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with ERP systems (NetSuite experience is a strong asset).
• Strong analytical skills to interpret large data sets and communicate planning decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
