What you will do

• Design and implement lean material replenishment systems including Kanban, PFEP, and JIT strategies.
• Develop point-of-use inventory solutions to minimize material travel and downtime.
• Collaborate with production, fabrication, and warehouse teams to align material delivery with work center needs.
• Lead kaizen events and drive standardization of material flow processes.
• Ensure ERP transaction accuracy and maintain real-time inventory visibility.
• Train personnel on lean practices and document standard work procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or Operations Management.
• 3-7 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with exposure to materials management.
• Foundational knowledge of lean principles such as 5S, value stream mapping, and Kanban.
• Experience working with ERP systems and material tracking solutions.
• Ability to travel internationally and domestically up to 50% per year.
