Compensation: $35.10 – $43.27 per hour

What you will do

• Design and implement lean material replenishment systems including Kanban, PFEP, and JIT.
• Develop point-of-use inventory solutions to optimize material travel and reduce downtime.
• Collaborate with production, fabrication, and warehouse teams to align material delivery with work center needs.
• Lead kaizen events and regular reviews to identify process gaps and drive standardization.
• Ensure ERP transaction accuracy and maintain real-time inventory visibility.
• Train personnel on lean practices and document standard work procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or Operations Management.
• 1 to 4 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Foundational understanding of lean principles like 5S, value stream mapping, and Kanban.
• Experience working with ERP systems and material tracking solutions.
• Effective communication and project management skills.
• Must be able to work 100% in-office in Surrey, BC.
