What you will do

• Receive aircraft parts, perform incoming inspections, and validate technical documentation.
• Issue parts to technicians while ensuring strict traceability and accuracy.
• Maintain inventory integrity through regular cycle counts and discrepancy resolution.
• Manage part locations across warehouse and forward stores.
• Prepare parts for repair or vendor returns and coordinate with procurement.
• Operate material handling equipment and maintain a safe, organized work environment.

Requirements

• Must be able to work on-site in Moose Jaw, Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office (Excel).
• Eligibility to obtain and maintain Controlled Goods clearance and Reliability status.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including handling parts and operating equipment.

Nice to have

• Experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory control.
• Previous experience in aviation, aerospace, or regulated environments.
• Proficiency with SAP, Maintenix, or similar inventory management systems.
• Diploma or coursework in business, supply chain, or logistics.
