TL;DR

Global Clinical Distribution Lead (Life Sciences): Managing end-to-end clinical distribution activities for global clinical trials with an accent on timely and compliant delivery of investigational products to depots and sites worldwide. Focus on optimizing network supply shipments, resolving operational system issues, and ensuring strict GMP compliance.

Location: Hybrid (Mississauga, Canada) — Only 3 days onsite per week

Salary: 50,000–65,000 CAD

What you will do

  • Manage on-time delivery performance for network supply shipments to meet study requirements and patient demand.
  • Participate in Protocol Execution Teams (PETs) and Global Supply Execution Teams (gSETs).
  • Drive resolution of operational and system issues impacting delivery by collaborating with internal and external providers.
  • Coordinate network depot supply and execute tasks within the CLARA system.
  • Lead cross-functional distribution projects and process improvement initiatives to support global strategy.
  • Operate within a GMP-compliant environment, processing quality incidents, CAPAs, and changes.

Requirements

  • Degree (BA, BS, MS, or MBA) in Business (Operations/Supply Chain Management), Biotechnology, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in Clinical Trial Management, logistics, or warehouse management, preferably in Biotechnology or Pharma.
  • Strong knowledge and experience with SAP / ERP systems.
  • Experience working within cross-functional, cross-cultural, and agile organizational models.

Nice to have

  • APICS and/or SCOR certification.
  • Operational Excellence, Six Sigma, or Lean training.
