Salary: £65,000–£80,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Own end-to-end implementation of the platform for strategic enterprise accounts, including on-site client visits.
• Lead enterprise engagements by configuring products, building implementation plans, and running UAT.
• Design and refine AI evaluation frameworks and engineer prompts across the product suite.
• Build internal agentic AI workflows to automate manual processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Gather direct insights from benefits administrators and employees to shape the product roadmap.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and leadership to bridge the gap between customer needs and shipped features.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from the office in Central London.
• Exceptional academic track record from a top Russell Group university.
• 2+ years of experience in a product, technical, or technology role with client-facing exposure.
• Genuine, intense interest in AI with fluency in modern AI tooling (Claude Code, Cursor, etc.).
• Proven track record of high performance in demanding environments (e.g., elite sports, music, or rapid career growth).
• Strong bias for action and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, feedback-rich environment.
