Salary: $140,000 - $175,000 + bonus

What you will do

• Own and execute the product roadmap for Catapult modules, driving enhancements in automation, analytics, and marketplace integrations.
• Lead agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives, to ensure efficient execution.
• Implement AI-native workflows for discovery, research synthesis, PRD drafting, and stakeholder communication.
• Rapidly prototype and validate ideas using AI tools such as Claude and FigmaMake before engineering commitment.
• Identify and ship AI-powered capabilities, including agentic workflows, LLM-driven insights, and intelligent automation.
• Collaborate with engineering, finance, and operations to ensure technology meets core business objectives.

Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in ecommerce, marketplaces, or SaaS platforms.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in New York.
• Strong understanding of fulfillment operations, 3PLs, and finance.
• Experience leading agile methodologies and managing complex technical backlogs.
• Active proficiency with LLMs, AI coding tools, and hands-on AI prototyping experience.
• Deep understanding of APIs, integrations, and automation for complex technical products.
