What you will do

• Manage product line configuration and change orders within the Oracle PLM system.
• Lead the transition of new products and variants into full-scale production.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for manufacturing and customer-escalated issues.
• Develop and maintain manufacturing drawings, bills of materials, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with suppliers, purchasing, and quality teams to resolve technical production bottlenecks.
• Oversee component obsolescence management and failure analysis for the product line.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a related engineering field or equivalent experience.
• 8-12 years of experience in engineering design and production support.
• U.S. Citizenship required for ITAR/EAR compliance.
• Proficiency in CAD software (Altium) and ASME Y14 drawing standards.
• Experience with unmanned air vehicles, RF, digital, and communications electronics.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in a related field.
• Previous experience in a Team Lead capacity.
• Familiarity with configuration management standards like MIL-HDBK-61A or EIA-649-B.
