Salary: $140,000 – $200,000

What you will do

• Lead project sponsors and stakeholders to define objectives, scope, outcomes, and resource requirements.
• Establish Agile Project Playbooks including RACI, detailed project plans, milestones, and budgets.
• Drive project execution to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and high quality standards.
• Act as a hands-on contributor and SME to actively participate in task creation and resolve project risks.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews to identify process improvements for future projects.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in project management roles within enterprise technology companies ($500M+ revenue).
• 7+ years of experience with projects related to enterprise software, product launches, or data center migrations.
• Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional projects across multiple global geographies.
• Proficiency in Agile development methodologies and project management.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or MBA preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience in Oracle, SAP, and SaaS marketplaces.
• Experience working in publicly traded companies.
• Certifications such as PMP, PMI, Agile Project Management, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
