What you will do

• Lead end-to-end project development for network transformation initiatives, including expansions and service enablement.
• Perform data-driven analysis and financial modeling to develop business cases and ROI-driven recommendations.
• Partner with Operations, Finance, and Real Estate teams to define problem statements and value hypotheses.
• Manage project scope, budget, and resources while identifying risks and developing contingency plans.
• Standardize project management processes and governance frameworks across the organization.
• Facilitate continuous improvement events and develop team members in relevant methodologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field required.
• 10+ years of experience in business and project management, including strategic planning and resource allocation.
• 5+ years of proven management experience leading and developing teams.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Strong understanding of project management techniques and Agile methodologies.
• Ability to travel 25-50% of the time.

Nice to have

• PMP Certification.
• Background in distribution, supply chain, or logistics.
