Salary: $118,400.00 - $177,600.00 (USD, U.S. locations excluding PR)

What you will do

• Lead or leverage cross-functional teams to evaluate, develop, and manage projects for new product development and ongoing lifecycle management.
• Define project scope, budget, and timeline; manage execution within cross-functional teams.
• Oversee operational aspects of projects and act as a liaison between project management, planning, project teams, and management.
• Review project status and budgets, manage schedules, and prepare status reports.
• Monitor projects from initiation through delivery; assess issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and stakeholder goals.
• Gather and manage requirements, and communicate with stakeholders to ensure end products/processes solve business problems.

Requirements

• Baccalaureate degree with minimum 4 years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree with minimum 2 years of relevant experience, or PhD with 0 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Project.
• For U.S. work authorization: unrestricted U.S. work authorization required for roles below Principal level; U.S. work authorization sponsorship (H-1B, TN, J, etc.) is offered exclusively for Principal-level roles and above.
• Ability to work from Plymouth, MN or Galway, Ireland (role is based in one of these locations).
