Salary: $149,000 - $208,700 (Base), plus variable compensation (OTE upwards of $500k).

What you will do
- Provide strategic leadership to the sales team to achieve revenue, renewal, and retention goals.
- Develop and implement payer-focused sales strategies to increase market share.
- Negotiate contracts and commercial terms with health plans and government programs.
- Lead the identification and implementation of AI-enabled tools to enhance sales productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product, and Finance to align sales efforts.
- Recruit, coach, and mentor a high-performing team of sales executives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in enterprise software, healthcare technology, or healthcare services sales.
- At least 5 years of experience leading and developing high-performing sales teams.
- Significant knowledge of the healthcare payer market and clinical decision support solutions.
- Advanced proficiency with CRM platforms and sales analytics.
- Ability to travel up to 60% of the time to client sites and industry events.
