TL;DR

Clinical Account Manager (Medical Technology): Launching new hospitals and driving organic growth of the install base with an accent on medical education and clinical training for physicians. Focus on expanding usage of the hirify.global EEG platform, building advocacy within facilities, and troubleshooting workflow solutions.

Location: Must be based in Portland; requires 60% travel (3 days a week)

Salary: $100,000 - $180,000 USD

A medical technology company transforming the diagnosis and management of serious neurological conditions via a point-of-care EEG platform.

What you will do

  • Expand hirify.global usage within existing customers and launch at new sites.
  • Drive introductions of new products and technology to existing customers.
  • Build advocacy and champions in hospitals using data to validate interest.
  • Educate and train physicians and clinical staff on the proper usage of products.
  • Establish clinical protocols for patients at risk of seizure.
  • Manage administrative tasks and reporting via Salesforce.com.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of critical care sales experience OR 5 years of medical device/pharma sales experience.
  • Alternatively, RN background with industry experience supporting sales teams.
  • Must be based within the region (Portland); no remote applicants accepted.
  • Ability to travel 60% (approximately 3 days per week).
  • Strong communication, relationship building, and strategic prioritization skills.

Nice to have

  • Startup experience or experience with disruptive technology.
  • Neuro ICU clinical experience.
  • Medical device sales experience.
