Compensation: OTE $110,000–$120,000+ (Base $65,000–$75,000) with uncapped commission.

What you will do
- Build a robust sales pipeline through high-volume cold calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Own the top-of-funnel process from initial contact through to booking demos.
- Conduct qualification conversations to uncover pain points and communicate product value to clinical buyers.
- Represent the product at industry conferences to generate new leads.
- Collaborate with the team to refine messaging, outbound strategies, and market feedback loops.
Requirements
- 6 months to 2 years of BDR/SDR experience in an early-stage B2B SaaS company.
- Proven success in cold calling and a confident phone presence.
- Demonstrated ability to exceed outbound sales goals.
- Must be able to work in San Francisco on a hybrid schedule (3–4 days/week) or be willing to relocate.
- Genuine motivation to work in a mission-driven healthcare environment.
